Overall quality and condition is very good....even the battery is in good condition it lasted over 3 hrs after charging. I'm very happy with it as my new business laptop....for the price I couldn't pass it up.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
