Nice dress, on-time delivery. Packed without unnecessary tape or wrapping—a plus for the planet. Photos and description could have been more helpful if they had specified the elasticized waistband—a negative for me. It would be helpful to both buyer and seller if Ebay gave better guidance on photos and descriptions, and if buyers could rate them without penalizing sellers.
