The watch was as described and is very nice. I am not sure why it was not sent to the authenticators. The watch was shipped extremely quick.

Hi! Thanks for your purchase. The reason your item did not go through the Authenticity Guarantee program is because it was customized with diamonds. Customized watches are not currently eligible for the AG program.
