My order, came today and right away i put it to use because my drain was clogged up. This one didn't disappoint me, it is easy to use and you can push and pull the cable by hand with ease. It does have a cable twisting problem but i found a way to deal with it. If the cable starts to twist while going in its because it probably hit something hard to penetrate all you have to do is pull the cable back and let it penetrate again eventually it will get the job done.
