I received the bike quickly & it was exactly as described. It was packaged very well, there was no damage and no missing parts. It includes all the tools you need for assembly. The instruction book was vague but there is a video on YouTube that was helpful. Still, it was hard to assemble by myself. It will be easier if you have help or if you are mechanically inclined. I do not fall into either category so it took me a while to assemble. Overall, I am happy with my purchase & the seller.
