Shipped quickly. However, I believe the seller did not disclose the true condition of this item. The head is broken off. I do not believe the damage occurred during shipment because it was very well packaged. Also, it appeared that someone tried to repair it at some point in time. There was no way to see the damage from the pictures posted with the listing. "My bad" for assuming that the item was as whole and complete as it appeared and not asking for more details.
