    The seller had shipped this item out quickly and somehow it was lost during shipping. This item was not delivered after a month went by so I contacted the seller. I requested a refund, which was given. This item was finally shown as delivered by USPS after I had received a refund... but I still never received it and I don't know where USPS delivered it. I don't know what happened to it but it is obviously not the sellers fault. I am happy with the seller and the communication that I received.

    Dying my hair less often

    I color my hair usually once a month because the dye would wash off a little with every shampoo. Since I started using Fade Defy, I no longer see the dye going down the drain and my hair doesn't get lighter. I now only have to dye my hair when the roots start to show. I simply apply Fade Defy into my hair before I shower. Leave it in for about 5 minutes and then shower and shampoo.
