$255.75 for shipping. Done VERY poorly and lamp broke. Laying on its side and socket came through the corner of the box and broke. Broken internal piece that hold wire in place…to keep it from catching fire. Sent seller very clear photos of damage to lamp and box. Continued to blame that FedEx needed better photos. The ones that I sent were crystal clear. That is sellers responsibility to both package appropriately AND deal with FedEx. Run around and around and around! It’s broken!!! Terrible!

Submitted a claim to the shipping company for the lamp. In the photos the buyer provided the lamp did not appear to be broken. I gave the buyer instructions on how to reassemble the lamp which buyer refused to do. Shipping company requested documentation and additional photos which buyer refused to provide.
