    Seller is inexperienced and doesn’t know how to list. Charged a ridiculous shipping amount so I asked for a better rate she agreed, and then did not update the rate resulting in me being charged double what she quoted me.  I asked her to refund the difference and she couldn’t seem to figure that out either.  then she accuse me of bullying her when I said I would get eBay customer service involved so that she would be accountable for what she said she would do.
