Rating is for the seller, not the item. The itemwas as described. It was shipped promptly, securely packed, arrived early. So why a 1-star rating? - The item had an unexcuseable flaw. There was some dried brown food bit, big enoght to immediately notice on the inside wall of the pan after opening the box. Pretty gross. Cleaning it also found a small brown bit on the cooking surface as well. Had to have been recently used and not cleaned with normal care. Contacted the seller.No resonse.
