Well packed, Great communication! Shipping was super slow by UPS. Not only did it take forever for item to get processed at the beginning but it sat for almost a week when it arrived in my city. I was actually expecting UPS to hand it off to the Post Office but UPS finally delivered it. Was not the sender’s fault. Still recommend them but I would ask for item to be shipped by the Post Office
