I'm a mobile DJ. I bought this because those who had had a few too many kept dropping my expensive mics and breaking them. This package is pretty solid for the price. I wouldn't trust the lapels to do much - in fact, one of them showed up DOA... BUT, for $160, you ABSOLUTELY get your money's worth out of it.

I conduct a wind orchestra at our church. I needed a way to mic my two flute players and have additional mics for other instruments when performing a solo. The Pyle PDWM4300 was a good solution. I put the two headsets on the flute players and use the two hand-held mics on stands are needed. I keep the receiver on stage and feed it into one mic port that goes to the house sound system. This allows me to use volume knobs on the receiver and a sub-mixer to adjust sound as needed. Since the receiver is on stage and relatively close to the mics, I have not experience the mics cutting out. At 20 feet or less, they work perfectly, but will reach out further. Sound is fairly good. Not as good as our much more expensive UHF mics. But definitely $100 worth of good. The cons are that the 9-volt batteries that power the mics do not last very long. It's probably a good idea to change them after two one-hour performances. Also, the signal coming out the receiver is not that strong. So the gain on the primary house mixer has to be turned up quite a bit. But it still works good. In summary, if you need a whole set of wireless mics for not much money, this is a good solution.Read full review
very good mic system for the money, if you have a good pa system where you can adjust the volume, eq, mid, bass, treb, high, etc it will do good. Had this mic system in church today (11/30/14) for the first time, the two hand held mic and the two head set mic work really good now for the two lapel mic i tried them on yesterday (11/29/14) could not get them loud enough the way i wanted for our church so we just used the 2 hand held mic and the 2 head set mic. Now for the distance i went about 105 ft and they still could hear me clear in the church so i went a little more and i started to break up, it could have been that i went outside of the church out of sight from the receiver and the doors was shut but overall i'am happy with this system, it is not good as a shure mic system but hey look what you will pay for a shure mic system like this i rest my case, i will buy another in the future.Read full review
