  • Ronnie Garvin in the Main Event???

This show was the culmination of the Ronnie Garvin experiment. Ric Flair wanted to win the World Title at Starrcade that year and Garvin was hand picked as the man to defeat Flair for the title and drop it back at the PPV. The problem (or one of them) was that Garvin beat Flair in September and his first title defense was against Flair at Starrcade. A weak champion going into the biggest show of the year. A few good undercard matches save this PPV. The Road Warriors against Arn/Tully, Lex Luger against Dusty in a steel cage, and the Midnight Express against the Rock & Roll Express. Not a bad show, in all.

  • Dusty Rhodes vs lex lugar

My favorite is where Dusty Rhodes defeated Lex Lugar for the us heavyweight title. After dust was robbed of the title two months earlier. Jj Dillon tried to enter fear by tossing a chair into the ring but it backfired. Way to go dusty

  • Very pleased with my purchase.

This is a very hard tape to come by since it's 22 years od now. It played very well with no problems at all. Best of al what sold me was the low price for it. I must have saved anywhere from 60 to 100 doars on this compared to what others were selling this for!! I couldn't be happier.
