For those instances where an AVR doesn't have line out ports, this device enables the user to have line outs by using the speaker wire connections. An easy and inexpensive solution to having to either pay more for an AVR with line outs or upgrading an existing AVR that is perfectly good otherwise.

Works great, it is the safest way to convert a receiver to speaker output signal to an amplifier RCA input signal. I just wish that they had put it into some kind of case. I had to find a case. cut holes in the case for the inputs and outputs then attach the board to the inside of the case. Also, the RCA output jacks could be more securely attached to the circuit board.
