Cuffs on the sweater were extremely stretched. It was not mentioned in the original listing. Seller offers refunds if buyer pays return shipping. The original total was $13.83 including shipping. I paid $5.85 for return shipping and seller refunds me a total of $2.13 I contacted the buyer about the error on the amount of the refund. He claims he sent the full amount--then proceeds to tell me the he can’t control the a
amount I receive because it’s dependent on what Ebay decides. 100% false.
