Item arrived and the case zipper was non-functional. Seller admitted to not checking the zipper prior to shipment, but had no response when asked if there was anything s/he could do to rectify the situation. In the end, the broken zipper isn’t a huge deal to me but I don’t like paying for items that are broken when they are not advertised as such.
