Unit is fully function and minor signs of use. But for the price, I think it is right on point and I would rate the condition excellent A. My bigger issue was the packaging/shipping. They were super quick so I really appreciate that. Hoever, they put the receiver in a large box wrapped in bubble wrap but no additional packing to keep it stabalized in the box. Givent the weight and cost of the item, they really should double box and use more packing or a smaller box.

From what I can see the receiver does look and function as new. Fast shipping and overall happy with the experience. The only negative I would say is that they could have used a little more bubble wrap around the edges. When looking straight on with the receiver it has a slight rhombus shape to it. It’s not a make or break thing but I can see other people returning the product. It wasn’t anything the seller did to it. Looks like the shipping was the cause. The box wasn’t in the best shape.

Great product fast ship and fine price. Product is fantastic and as described but the inability to message the seller to check details is admittedly frustrating. Will gladly buy from you again, surely even if I can't message you really at all because the result here was so overall fantastic. Item came as described, without box but with new accessories. Pack job was OK, item and accessories unscathed. Shipping took longer than expected, label was printed for two business days before handing to USPS. No response from seller. Given that they offer free returns and eBay offers buyer protection, I’d recommend this seller to anyone who isn’t in a rush to get their item(s) and will not need to contact the seller.

The product came in exactly as advertised, usb-c cable and headphone jack included in the packaging. Shipping took reasonably long only waiting for a week for arrival. It was honestly a hot deal for the price these headphones were going for. Would reccomend buying from this seller if you are patient enough to wait.
