      They arrived in a box and properly protected, although the advertisement says in relation to product conditions: OPEN BOX, the headphones had some scratches from use, and a type of glue on the earphone. Nothing that cannot be removed, I do recommend purchasing them for the price and conditions, they work without any problem.
