Very cheaply designed and made. The metal edges cut without mercy, they provide gloves but how am I supposed to wear them while dealing with screws? The holes don't align, some pieces are bend in transit, even the manual says just straight it up. The manual has multiple errors and mistakes while also being unclear. I'm close to returning this item. Every green piece is covered in shrink wrap, takes hours to take off! Avoid unless you have an experienced 4 man team and 20 hours + to build it.

Fantastic experience just had with this company - the delivery was fast, the packaging was perfect, the seats and table of great quality with item being described. Sadly one of the screws to the chair was missing (this was a manufacture error Not seller) what happened next was above board - the seller was able to contact the manufacturer and a full set of replacement screws arrived a day or two later! Very good quality and a great price. Be aware that it comes in 3 very heavy boxes and that assembly is necessary. Putting it together is not difficult.
The seller was really helpful, answered all of my questions, especially those about delivery. Delivery is often split over 2 days, don't worry it will turn up, usually the day after the first delivery. In all it took less than 3 days to arrive.
