    It Solved a Persistent Wifi Problem.

    I was never able to get reliable wifi in one of the bedrooms in my apartment. It seems that the utility room and its many metal and electrical appliances was blocking the wifi signal. I tried replacing the router and antenna on my laptop to no avail. Finally, a friend recommended getting a powerline router, something I had never heard of before. After it arrived, it took about 5 minutes to set up. Before, I was lucky to get 10 mb speed (I have 100 mb service). Now, I get consistent 40-45 mb service in the room. This compares to 60-65 mb wifi next to the main router. If the wifi speeds matched the main router, I would give 5 stars. Since it is a little slower (though still more than sufficient), I gave it 4 stars.

    Great value for slower IPS service.

    Although not the speediest in this day, it was more than sufficient for the application. The internet service to the installation site is only 20Mb/s so the capability of this set is great, especially for the price!

    Need to pray

    This unit ONLY WORKS IF INSTALLED ON THE SAME CIRCUIT as the base unit So, if it happens you need a Strong signal in an area that is fed by a different circuit (other than the base unit) GOOD LUCK making it work.
