I blocked him. The product was received damaged. Because we were in the middle of a build (in sub zero temperatures) that the units were to go in we didn’t open until we were ready to install. They were securely stored on our commercial warehouse shelves when I told one was damaged (the element was broken in shipping) him he accused me of scamming because we waited to open. I sent him photos as received. Hello?? They were safer in the original boxes instead of opened…or so we thought.
