    Motorcraft quality, great price!

    I found out that this was a recall from Ford that I didn't know about or didn't receive the notice. The parts were high quality, new and still in the original packaging. Installation was straight forward and plug and play. My cruse control hadn't worked in years, if I had known before these parts to fix it were available and so easy and afordable, I would have ordered them long ago.

    My recall from Ford 10 years ago is complete

    I received a recall notice on my 1996 F-250 10 years ago about a potential fire hazard. The recalled part was the cruise control cut out switch. I never had the recall performed so I did some research and found several vehicles had in fact burnt to the ground because of faulty switches. Instead of contacting my Ford dealer about a 10 year old recall, I just bought the part and did the repair myself. This is the updated switch and jumper harness that Ford uses and it works good!!! The repair takes maybe 5 minutes and now I don't have to worry about my truck catching on fire in the garage and burning my house down. I recommend this product!!!

    Easy repair if you're not afraid to bleed your brakes!

    What a simple repair! It replaces the cruise control switch at the end of the brake master cylinder, and uses a new harness to hook it to the existing wiring harness. Be prepared to bleed your brakes after you install it, although to get by without doing that, and actually ended up with better brakes when I was done because I wasn't losing pressure through the old leaking switch. It is so nice to drive now with the cruise working! If you do not have the skills to tackle bleeding your brakes, don't try this at home! You could end up with great cruise control but no brakes!!

    Great product

    Cruise control quit on my ford truck. 10 minutes and 2 wrenches and good to go. Good quality product. Assumed I could use old fusible link, but different connection but new fusible link fixes that. Thank you.
