We were away the week the buyer purchased the bracelet. Had no one else to send it out. I did send it out as soon as we returned. I understand the buyer was not pleased with the time shipping delay. I am sure the buyer is a good buyer, no problem with that. I just do not beieve it required the buyer to give us a negative feedback. A Neutral one would probably been a correct feedback. No worries.
