Jim and his wife are wonderful to deal with. We purchased a 25 HP motor we needed urgently for our bridge saw, even though they were having problems getting a shipping company to deliver from Ohio to Florida, they reached out to me and offered to drive and meet me half way to exchange the motor. Really appreciate the extra effort from them and going above and beyond to help us get this motor we desperately needed to get our business back up and running!
