    For parts mostly

    Just what it said - for parts or repair and that is just what I was looking for. I repair these machines and parts are getting hard to find. These are really great and powerful, easy to use, machines when serviced correctly.

    It you don"t own one you don"t know what you are missing a real pleasure to sew with.

    Pfaff 1222 are still very desirable and they can easily last a lot of years if properly cared for. A simple cleaning and oiling one drop at a time with proper oil and this can easily last another 40 years.Storage is also very important not to be stored anywhere but in a heated /ac room not in damp basement or hot garage or the attic. Also the machine must be used at least every three months get it out and run it 15-minutes take out the thread and bobbin and run at different speeds not wide open
