      Delay in shipping and no communication via ebay but when I messaged them to check in on my purchase it was soon to ship and arrived well packaged with a nice note regarding family matters and reason for the delay.       This was an almost disaster for me as it was months before I got the shipment and no answer to two different emails, I was getting discouraged. When I did get the package, shipping and packing was wonderful and a note that there had been an emergency in the family and the person helping got behind and overwhelmed. Always keep in mind there may be a valid reason why you are not getting your package immediately. Hopefully everything is better.
