Listed as a XL without tag only measurement, received the item and measurements were not the same as pictured and fit like a L not a XL. Seller argued back and forth instead of just trying to rectify. Eventually offered a return label only to receive the return and deny a refund claiming I sent a different jacket not what was sold. Had to get paypal involved to get money back. Worst experience I've ever had in my 19 years on Ebay and my only negative feedback ever left. Have a blessed day.

Customer stated they wanted a bigger jacket then what they just ordered from a different seller. I provided a size chart directly from the manufacturers website, and all measurements in the photos. I sent a return label and unfortunately the customer returned a different size jacket then what was sent. Also, I gave the customer a discount on the item. We strive for excellent customer service. Our reviews can attest to that.
