I received the shirt in new with defect condition. The defect was pictured on the listing. The only mistake is that is was listed as both a small and as an XL, but it is an x-small. My mistake was not looking at the size as pictured. I opted to keep the shirt since I believe I will still use it in some capacity. I paid a reasonable price for the shirt. The shipping cost and speed were both great.
