I'm amazed and extremely satisfied that this actually worked and fixed my audio issues. The box was a little torn which was not too much of an issue since it was an "open box" item, but it was apparent that this may have been previously used. There was some nasty hair on the little carrying bag. I'm not sure if Ï even received a warranty card especially since the seller claims to be an authorized retailer.
