I promptly took photos and messaged the seller. Within minutes the seller responded and gave me the option of returning or a partial refund. I decided to keep as they matched my current knife rests. Again, seller promptly issued my refund. I must say the items were as described and in original box. The damaged one was no fault of the seller in my option as the packaging was very good.
