reached out to seller prior to order, he did not respond. Although the item was for local pickup, he has shipped other items per buyer comments. Poor customer service. Says it will cost over $100 to ship, when actual ship charge is only $60-70 dollars. Says to me I am forgetting the box cost, which is a cost of doing business, not a customer expense. I guess other buyers were wrong to say the seller charges a fair ship price. Getting a refund, but still disappointed to miss a decent deal.
