    Built like a tank.

    The Cuisinart food processor was exactly as described and was in excellent, almost new condition. We had our last Cuisinart food processor for 41 years and the quality of this new one seems similar. I'm am sure it will outlive us.

    Annoying to pull apart and clean.

    Does it slice food super fast? Yes. But taking it apart is such a hassle that the time I save in using it goes in pulling it apart and washing it. What's the point? If I was preparing a huge meal, perhaps, but for daily use? I might as well just buy a mandolin and slice fruits and roots by hand. I haven't tried it for making Humus yet. Also, why not make the removal of the container that holds your shredded food easier? I feel as if I'm going to break it if I do it wrong.

    Cuisinart Food Processor: BEST kitchen equipment

    My favorite kitchen tool! The base mechanics runs forever… EXTENSIVE use eventually requires a new bowl. It’s cheaper to buy a new unit than a replacement bowl. I LOVE this food processor!

    Love Cuisinart Food Proc's!

    I've owned 3 of these. My old 12 cup model broke a Sleeve Stuffer lock so I got this 11 cup. I think I'm going to like it but the blade post doesn't fit as tightly on the drive post so it rattles when it starts and stops. I don't think that's a problem but we'll see how long it lasts.
