Entertaining, fun for the whole family.
Animated sci-fi tale set on Planet 51, whose inhabitants live in fear of an alien invasion. Their paranoia is realized when Astronaut Capt. “Chuck” Baker arrives from Earth. He is befriended by several young residents. The astronaut has to avoid capture in order to recover his spaceship and return home with the help of his new friends!

Planet 51 - A Very Nice Movie!
I bought this for my son because he wanted to see it. When we sat down and watched it, it was funny, oddly different and the story line and graphics were quite good. The story is about an astronaut named Chuck played by Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) who lands his ship on a planet inhabited by little green people who listen to 50's music and believes that an invasion of humanoid is coming to their planet. And the fact that a big humanoid movie premier is about to open in a couple of days fuels that fire. When Chuck lands on the planet he is spooked because it wasn't supposed to be inhabited. Soon, he has to out run the army who is after him and make it back to his ship before it leaves - without him! Luckily, he finds a new friend who is willing to help him and the quest begins! It ...
