    It works immediately after applying. The taste is not as bad as other tooth numbing products out there. The price i paid is about normal but i like to buy in bulk it saves money and time. I would recommend this product for mild to moderate pain. It works for severe pain but not as long, you have to keep reapplying it often. Overall i love this product.

    This Stuff is "COMPLETELY OFF THE CHAIN"!I dropped a cinder block on my foot and the only true relief i'd get from the aching at night (or day) was this 20% BENZOCAINE in this orajel! Put on arm for Arthiritis, It freaking WORKS FOR THAT TOO! AWESOME!😎
