Purchased a pair of Levi's from this seller on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024. After waiting six days and the order still not shipped, I tried 3 times to contact the seller but they would not respond. I finally got a refund for the jeans from ebay on Friday, May 3rd, 2024. What I don't understand is this seller has a 99.5% feedback rating. Expected a little more professionalism from someone with such a high rating!
