    i’m going to be honest here. this is probably one of the worst sellers I’ve ever purchased from. First off, I had asked them when the item would ship and then literally the second after my item suddenly said shipped. However, 4 days went by and there was no update on the tracking and it still said pre shipment. I know pre shipment means they didn’t ship it out yet but the seller told me it was shipped. I then texted her and called her out for her lying. Also the item can a bit damaged.

When I notified the seller about the outdated delivery status, she quickly followed up for me, and even offered to refund me, which I declined because it was not her fault. Eventually, I finally received my package, and I am happy with the purchase. No refunds needed, and a very professional seller! Will do business with her.
