    So easy to use an convenient features, you definitely do not have to be a Sound tech to operate this unit. Lots of Power, good quality output and the EQ works great. The Bluetooth feature is just an added bonus for parties and outdoor or indoor gatherings. "A Must Have"

    pmx-840 mixer

    Easy to use, has enough power for band rehearsals and small gigs. The effects channel is adequate with echo and delay, but does make an annoying noise,... Haven't used the Bluetooth feature yet.

    It's fine for the money.

    This is a reasonably well-made powered mixer but there are some things to be aware of. Build quality is not the best, with inexpensive mini pots and knobs throughout. Don't drop this one if you can avoid it. It does not have a monitor line out, only mains, which rated for are 8 ohms of impedance. And it has one of the loudest fans I've ever heard, but the fan shuts off when the power is turned off with no cool-down period. I've had it for two weeks and have been using it for band practice; it does fine for that but I don't know that I'd trust it for gigs if I didn't have to. Besides, the lack of monitors would make it less than optimal. As a backup, for practice, or for home use (karaoke, I suppose?) it's an excellent value. Plenty loud enough over a four-piece with a loud drummer.

    Works Great For The Price

    For $100 I have absolutely no complaints. It came when expected, it was refurbished but in "like new"condition, and I was happy with the way it performs. I am only using it in a very small room for practice vocals and loops, so I do not know how it would handled being dragged from gig to gig, but then again I would not expect $100 head to handle that. Great for the price, does not disappoint. Nothing else in that price range at all!
