I requested a return/refund and the seller promptly honored my request with a Free return label. My full refund was also processed in a timely manner. I'm sorry the color did not match my other outdoor furniture. I would do business with this seller again but ask important questions like 'the exact color'.of the rattan.

The seller's were very kind and refunded the money to me promptly. Would definitely shop with them again as long as FedEx is not delivering to my home.

After installing them, one of the cases had what I would describe as a minor functional issue with the clasp holding it in place. I reached out to them to let them know the part was faulty. They responded immediately and, in the end, more than compensated for the faulty part. Again, kudos to this company for the customer service, communication! A+++, highly recommend!
