Our shipping camera shows no damage to the part when it was shipped. In spite of that I offered you a free replacement without you having to return the part. You did not need the part any more, your wanted a refund only. Sorry, no part no refund. I sent you a return label, when you return the part I will give you a full refund

Purchased 5 injectors which were advertised as "new." I don't expect boxes to be perfect but i do expect all parts to be complete. One injector was missing the O-ring seal which is pretty frustrating since these are supposed to be new. It would behoove you to check all your parts to make sure they are as advertised and not burden me with having to deal with your negligence. Now I have to go buy one rebuild kit to get a seal. Notwithstanding that, shipping was prompt.

If you were not happy with product you could have returned it for full refund, Alternately , you could have ask us to send you a seal kit. We have no control how Bosch package their products
