    The character of a person, is not when things go right, but it when they don't go right. Took this seller over a week to ship. Another week to receive. The results - Packaging looked like it qas from a 3rd world country done by a 5th grader! When finally received, you could hear broken pieces inside. After opening, 2 of the 3 mugs were broken! No padding - no bubble wrap , just cheap filler paper. After contacting the seller, it was clear they had zero interest in making me whole. Cheap seller!
