    Worth the effort to get setup in spite of some shortcomings

    This is a great idea that needs some tweaks to make it a great product. First, the physical design. It's just too small. The "buttons" are too close together and too sensitive. Plus the small size means one has to scroll between at least two pages for almost all activities. Just a 1/4" more width would make it less likely to press the wrong spot. And it needs to be longer so that two or three more rows of buttons are on a screen - along with making it much easier to hold. Programming it is easy if, due to the remarkable versatility and number of options, quite tedious. The end result makes it worth the effort. It works much better than my Harmony remotes with one exception: The IR beam seems to be quite weak and one has to have a perfectly clear line-of-sight to the device being ...

    Great remote

    It is universal to a point at the moment. You need to research which ancillary devices work with it to get the most out of this remote. Just because something is WiFi or Bluetooth compatible doesn’t mean it will work with this device. Check the company product compatibility page then decide what type of smart home devices to purchase. Good product!

    The best smart remote on the market today.

    exactly what I needed. Very well designed. Intuitive interface got both the cell phone and the remote. Would recommend to anyone. I also believe it is the best on the market for what it does. One drawback is that the touch screen is a little touchy but once it trains YOU it works very well.

    Amazing remote !!!

    This remote is amazing ! I consolidated down from 4 remotes to 1 , very easy to set up and use . The only compliant I have is that there needs to be more smart thermostats added to the comparability list
