Item was damaged in transit due to poor packing job. One sheet of bubble wrap in a cardboard box is not enough for a 40lb microwave! Side was dented in, I was able to disassemble and bend it back and seller gave a partial refund. Otherwise item was as stated/shown in auction and in good shape. Just a shame about the poor packing job.
