    It Was Time...

    In all my years I've never owned a stand mixer. I've purchased them for other people but not for myself. Recently I was making a recipe that required standing there with my portable mixer for several minutes and that's when I determined it's time. I'm glad I did, and this mixer is the 'bomb'. I leave it on the counter as it doesn't take up much space plus it's a nice-looking appliance.

    Newlyweds, Empty Ntsers

    This mixer is exactly the right size for tht young couple for whom I bought it, in a small apt with small kitchen. But it will also suit well for an empty nester such as myself, cooking for 2 again. Looks like the kid sister of my 5 qt Artisan.
