Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

I like the product so far but the packaging is concerning
Feels solid. Decently sharp blades. However, one of the broadheads is open in the packaging to display it open. I don't like my blades bouncing around in plastic before I even use it. Furthermore, in shipping, it got rattled so hard that they all got shook lose. So the open blade was just bouncing around with the other broadheads.
