Product box was sealed and not damaged. Inside the jars were leaking all over... see photo. This was shipped via "UPS Next Day Air Saver®" from a Florida address and may have been de-pressurized in the cargo hold as it traveled 1 THIS IS NOW UNUSABLE !...... It was not damaged by UPS shipper, but was a poor choice of shipping method.”

Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

I have always been impressed by the quality of Ugly Stiks. I have a number of Ugly Stik rods, both baitcasting and spinning and I have never had one break. I have broken tip off of Daiwa and Abu Garcia rods but never my Ugly Stiks.
