The scratching is improved, but I’m yet to see an improvement in cloudiness. This has been a very brief trial based on my suspicion of anyone resorting to Spitfire canopies as a marketing ploy. I’m sure that this product may have started out with such a use, but come on… However, I have high hopes based on this initial showing.

I think there ought to be a statement on the eBay advert to advise buyers of this so that they are fully aware of what they are receiving. However, warnings are included on the bottle label, but in fairly small font, which might pose problems for anyone with poor vision. I have yet to test the product.

The seller offered me a discounted price for the "clickspring", which led to my decision to buy it, with the package being dispatched soon afterwards & thus it arrived promptly as a result. Upon taking delivery, I found that the item was supplied within a padded mailing bag & that it should be a suitable replacement for the broken one in my clock, hence I'm highly satisfied with my purchase as a result.
