The item finally arrived in good shape after the USPS sent it on a tour of Washington state and the western united states. This added 10 more days to the shipping time. This was absolutely no fault of the seller and his correspondence was fantastic! There was nothing wrong with the packaging or address. I have no Idea what USPS was doing!!! I ordered Aloe Vera Gel Received Aloe Vera Juice (Big Difference). Wrong product had leaked all over the packaging. I contacted the seller upon receiving wrong damaged product along with pictures. After no response from seller after one week I contacted seller again with pictures, so far still no response from seller.
