    If you like Dynasty warriors, but wanted more direct control, this is your game.

    If you like Dynasty Warriors, you will love this. I enjoy those type of games, and this is all that, with several twists that make it different, and give it more options and more control over how your characters develop. The merging of weapons to form more powerful weapons is intuitive and fun. And i felt that you organically earn rupees to pay for the items and upgrades you need at a pretty balanced rate. So, minimal grinding, and the gameplay is fun enough you won't mind anyways. Good variety of characters and weapons, a few different battle types, (there are a few controlling a giant mech stages to shake things up) all add up to a really enjoyable gaming experience.

    Fun at first gets old quick

    The gameplay was good but it started to get boring after a while it was way to easy the main story and the framerate constantly drops but it does have a lot of stuff to do and it was great at showing how strong the characters from botw really were i enjoyed but would only do one playthrough

    Lightweight with great features.

    If you have played any of the Dynasty Warriors games, then the Hyrule Warriors games feel pretty normal. This one is less strategic; for my kids, that aspect is more enjoyable. Over all, the artistry is nice, and the giant robot Divine Beasts' stomping levels are way, way fun.

    This game is great for killing time

    The storyline is really good there’s finally some some voice acting with the characters. You get to fight and slash all you want and do other quests and then some as well as fighting as the divine beasts in some missions. For those who are fans of legend of Zelda I highly recommend this game to play on your Nintendo switch.
