Seller communication is exceptional. My questions/messages were anwersed with timely response. There was an issue with tracking and delivery but ultimately resolved in a satisfactory manner. The item itself was as advertised. This is a seller certified refurbished items and is backed by a 2 year seller warranty. I can't speak for quality as I have only had the watch for less than 2 weeks and have only had it out of the box twice, waiting on watch band tools to adjust the band.
