I ordered these and then I realized that I had ordered the wrong size and I didn't have enough clearance to install them. I contacted the seller and asked him to cancel the sale, and that I would reorder them when I had the right size and figured out the headroom issue. I have emailed him several times and tried to call him once. It has been almost two weeks and he still hasn't returned my money or confirmed the cancelation.

Three days after your order was processed you messaged requesting cancelation. I offered to resize at no charge (no response). I sent you numerous messages (documented) for you to file a cancellation request via ebay and I have yet to receive one. We are bound by the rules set forth by this platform so please follow the steps. It is within our rights to refuse the cancellation, according to ebay, but we will grant it, if you file the request. Sorry, what you claim above is false and unfounded.

Dean and Mona have worked tirelessly to resolve my issue. I ordered the wrong size door, and hadn't realized that they had already started to build the door, when I tried to cancel.
I feel they tried to make this work for me, and in the end they refunded my money.
I feel that if I had communicated better with them, we could have solved this sooner.
